Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Wrong addresses and incomplete given by customers
Damage to orders by postal service
PO box issues
Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Indian Post “safe drop” option)

Maxx & Co uses Indian Post to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). This can take anywhere between 3-4 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends) depending on your location.
Items are shipped after processing (1-2 business days) using Indian Post. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a repair in which the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problem with your items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help!
